Corrections and disputes

Help us keep the public record accurate.

Point Treomark to the exact profile or claim, explain the change, and share the strongest available source. We review the evidence and reply with the outcome.

Send the exact issue

  1. Identify it. Include the Treomark profile URL and claim ID when shown.
  2. Describe it. Quote the specific fact that should be added, changed, or removed.
  3. Support it. Share a current public source or explain how Treomark can verify the update.

Evidence decides the outcome

Review. Treomark checks the challenged fact, its current evidence, and the source you provide.

Decision. We explain whether the fact was updated, removed, retained, or needs more evidence.

Publication. Accepted corrections move into the next public record and carry an updated review date.

Dispute. Reply with additional evidence if you believe the outcome should be reconsidered.

Correct an article

Send the exact statement. Include the article URL, quote the sentence, and link the source that shows it is wrong or out of date. A newer FDA label, board rule, or statute is the strongest evidence.

Editor review. The accountable editor checks the statement against the article's cited sources and the source you send.

Fix and date. Confirmed errors are fixed in the article, and its Source checked date moves to the day the correction was made. Link or layout changes never move that date.

Reply. You hear back whether the article was corrected, clarified, or left as published, and why. The article policy explains how articles are sourced and dated.
